Michael Davis and his #7m Dirt Late Model team once again trekked to the Midway Speedway in Crooksville, Ohio last weekend for a $1,500 to win show. Michael ran fourth in his heat race at Midway on Saturday night, June 14 and later sported a great car for the A-Main. The Rayland, Ohio driver, after starting eighth, climbed to the second spot in the main event, which is where he finished behind winner Doug Dodd. The Davis Motorsports team ventured to the Midway Speedway in Crooksville, Ohio on Saturday night, June 7 for a regular weekly show. Michael Davis timed in sixth fastest in qualifying at the Buckeye State venue and later ran fourth in his heat race. After rolling off from the outside of the fourth row for the A-Main, "Hot Rod" stormed up to the third spot, which is where he ultimately finished. Michael Davis and his #7m Dirt Late Model team traveled to the Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Motor Speedway in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on Sunday, June 1 for a pair of UFO Race Championship Series events. Each feature race at PPMS on Sunday paid $2,500 to the winner. Following a strong fourth place finish in his heat race, after starting eleventh, Michael ran fifteenth in the first A-Main. The Rayland, Ohio native then had a very strong effort going in the second main event, as he vaulted all the way up to the seventh spot before an incident relegated him to a disappointing thirty-second place performance.
